You are eligible for a refund if the download file is not working. We will make sure that you get a new file, however, if you are facing any system issues, we will refund the order amount if reported in 10 working days, this amount will be credited to your account within 10 working days after approval. Please note that since this is a digital product, you can not ask for a refund after purchasing and downloading the files.
